When the church produces strong visionary leaders, it influences society and impacts the community around it, as well as society and culture as a whole. The truth is that the absence of strong godly leaders in any generation affects the next generation. Weak leaders produce weaker leaders and unhealthy models for the next generation. Strong leaders produce committed followers who become strong leaders for the next generation. It is my desire to inspire, challenge, mentor and help anyway I can.
